Do you think of an experience you had personally that you linked the song with? If so, what was the song and what were you experiencing? This is the type of song that when you would hear it many years later would suddenly make you nastalgic, good or bad....

It's not so much associated with something that I experienced personally. I read. A LOT. When I read a book I like to read it straight through without stopping. I like to listen to music when I read. I was reading this book called Illumination and for some reason I only had 2 songs on my playlist. Wasn't paying attention really. So now everytime I hear Avenged Sevenfold's Bat Country or Unholy Confessions I remember that book.

I read this book in 8th grade. Forgot about it. Listened to Smash Mouth's Walking on the Sun the whole time I read the book. I heard that song the other day and I automatically started thinking about that book.

Pink Floyd, any song off Dark Side of the Moon. When I was 12 I would listen to that everyday after school. It's not good or bad. Just where I was at that time.Hootie brings back bad memories of a guy I dated at the time. I avoid those songs at all costs. Lots of regrets.

You will hardly believe it but it's for real that there are some 90s songs that I remember where, when and what was said and going on when I heard them for the very first time.
Then the whole era flashes back in my mind with all those funny cute memories of it..
