Lately, it may be Cuba and Venezuela. Hugo Chavez is a dictator in training and Fidel is giving him some pointers in return for some oil and cash.
Just love those revolutionary types. Where would they be without the U.S.? Would they rant about Canada or something? II tend to doubt that. It just does not carry the same weight, eh?
