I read that they are trying to have it classified as an actual prognosis. How would you describe your symptoms?

You know when you have road rage when you get cut off, & feel the sudden urge to fly past him, pull in front, & slam on the brakes, killing the bastard with his airbag.

Road rage is nothing more than getting pissed off while driving, usually by something stupid done by another driver. We all get it, but most do not get angry to the extent to act upon it violently. Yesterday I almost got hit on my motorcyle because of a dumb driver not paying attention. I got mad, but kept it under control. Yes, it was road rage, because I was angry enough to cause great physical harm to the person, but instead chose control my anger.
I have found when people get behind the wheel of a car, many change considerable. The nicest guy or girl will often forget they are in a 2 ton machine capable of killing people as easy as any gun or knife. They take unnecessary risks, and their attitude changes. They are not the same nice person they normally are. They turn into walking, talking rectums, contributing to the rage factor.

Rage is when a person got pissed off, annoyed or angered. Road rage is literally getting pissed,angry and annoyed while your driving. Road rage disorder? I don't believe there's such kind of disorder. I guess this is another "disease" drummed or invented up by pharmaceuticals inorder to sell their newly invented drugs.

Great question.
My personal road rage involves, yelling, although I know they can't hear I *bleeping* word I say.
"Green means you can go now, dumba**!!!!!!!"
"Jacka**!!!!!!!!!"
"And just who taught you to drive!!!!!!"
It all depends on the person I suppose, some will follow you and assault or accost you when you get out of your car.
Others simply shoot the finger.
I do know however that if you're taking a driving test and you even just mutter an obscenity, that is considered road rage and you fail.

When your blood rush to your head and you find yourself thinking violent thoughts and actions when this is not your usual behavior.
