i'm looking for an ordered pair

This is an equation with two variables.
You can get two ordered pairs by solving for m or n.
2m + n = 6. n = -2m + 6
or m = 3 - 1/2n
Then you can let m or n be any number. Let m = 2. 2(2) + n = 6 4 + n = 6 n = 2 Thus, (2, 2)

any pair will do....(m,n)...try (0,6), or (2,2) or (3,0). You just fill in numbers for the letters to make sure they add up to the total wanted in the equation.

(m,n) = ((3-n/2), n)
substitute n and you'll have ordered pairs.
Like (1,4), (2,2) etc.
