i am a 16 year old weighing at 180 pounds and i am 5'1, i should weigh 120, so i am trying to find a way to lose weight, before i go back to school, and i dont want to come out fat in another year book picture, and i am not a person who likes to eat anything so yea, i try to eat right but i always end up not eatting at all, and i want to exercise to lose weight and still able to eat some fatty foods so can you help me?
