I think the biggest rivalry over the years in the world cup is probably Germany-Netherlands. When these two play, they really don't like each other.

I agree with kicky..
I would also added, Argentina vs Netherlands - they have met more than once and it is always a increbible match. In 98, Dennis Berkamp put Holland through with an incredible goal.

The biggest is England-Argentina ( it started with Maradona's so called God's hand, yeah right :) )
One close to me is Croatia-Serbia & Monte ***** it is more then rivaly ( war situation, some wunes never heal )
