我想要補英文

雖然我19歲了

但是當初不懂事很混 英文程度還停留在國2左右= =

於是最近想挽救我的英文

想請大家推薦 哪幾間英文補習班還不錯的(北縣三峽.土城.一帶)

PS.我不想跟小朋友一起上課........還有就是我想重頭開始學 (26字母+KK音標開始)

我最終的目的是.....希望能在2年內達到大學生因該有的程度.......

各位大大們好 這陣子朋友寄來一部健身影片
但一開始的一些英文術語看不懂
不知道有沒有大大可以為我解答呢？

如下：
Perform one set from A1 and then one set from A2
Rest for 45sec,then repeat until you did 2 sets of each
don't rest between these sets.

For example,perform DB press followed by Band press without
any break in between this set.

還有呀 下面那部影片 主要是練胸部與腹部的嗎？有沒有什麼要領呢？
