各位大大們好 這陣子朋友寄來一部健身影片
但一開始的一些英文術語看不懂
不知道有沒有大大可以為我解答呢?

如下:
Perform one set from A1 and then one set from A2
Rest for 45sec,then repeat until you did 2 sets of each
don't rest between these sets.

For example,perform DB press followed by Band press without
any break in between this set.

還有呀 下面那部影片 主要是練胸部與腹部的嗎?有沒有什麼要領呢?

Perform one set from A1 and then one set from A2
A1的動作一組(one set)之後接著做一組A2的動作
Rest for 45sec,then repeat until you did 2 sets of each
休息45秒之後再將A1與A2的動作各重複一組(這樣A1A2就各做了兩組)
don't rest between these sets.
在A1與A2之間不休息
For example,perform DB press followed by Band press without any break in between this set.
例如﹐做完啞鈴推舉(BD=DUMBBELL=啞鈴﹐press=推舉﹐就是A1)之後不休息就緊接著做橡皮筋繩推舉(Band=橡皮筋繩﹐就是A2)
那部影片是結合重量訓練與健身操的運動﹐A1與A2主要是練「胸大肌(Pectoralis)」與「肱三頭肌(Triceps)」﹐
B1主要是練腿及臀部肌肉群﹐
C1與C2主要是練背部肌肉群﹐
D1主要是練「肱三頭肌(Triceps)」與「三角肌(Deltoid)」﹐
D2主要是練「肱二頭肌(Biceps)」﹐
B2﹑E1﹑E2不屬於重量訓練的範疇﹐只是一種健身操罷了。

做一套(or次)(動作)從A1 然後 做一套(or次)(動作)從A2

Rest for 45sec,then repeat until you did 2 sets of each
休息45秒, 然後重複做,直到你做完每個動作兩次

don't rest between these sets.
別再這些動作之間休息

For example,perform DB press followed by Band press without
any break in between this set.
例如: 做D B 按接下來的 Band 按鈕 不要有任何休息(間斷) 在這兩隔動作

怎看起來有點怪怪的...應該是你朋友寫的巴..應該不是說明書的吧...^^"
