I'm sorry I bother you vietnam people so often... I have so many questions m(_ _)m
I'll probably be in Saigon (including Mekong area), Nha Trang, Hue, Hanoi, Halong Bay and then cross the border into China from Dong Dang. Are any of those places health risks for malaria or anything else (already planning on getting a hepatitis A shot)

Please help, especially if you speak Vietnamese. I need to get from Hanoi to Hong Kong. Someone told me about taking trains ... if I understood correctly, it takes two days from Hanoi to Hong Kong by train (?)
It seems there is so much to do in Vietnam. I'm worrying a lot about running out of time. If I have any problem at the Vietnam/China border I might miss my flight from Hong Kong back home. Hong Kong and Hanoi don't seem that far, but I can't seem to find ANY cheap flights from Hanoi to HK. I was wondering if there might be a vietnamese website that offers cheap flights or any other website that offers cheap flights to Hong Kong. If you know of any, or speak vietnamese and can find one, PLEASE help.

or if I took trains from hanoi to saigon, how many hours would it take. gotta fly in and out of Saigon so I just want to estimate how long it would take me to get back in time for my flight if I was in hanoi. Also if you know any cheap flights from hanoi to saigon and know about how much it is, that would be helpful too.

cheers.

I'm moving to vietnam for a year with my boyfriend. We've been there before and we waited till we got there to look for a house as they were cheaper and we could look around. Should we wait till we're there to find somewhere or do it back in the UK? Any other advice would be very much appreciated too.

I've been to Thailand and I Loved it, but the most stressful thing was all the drivers, etc hussling you...it made me feel like running away. I heard from friends that Vietnam is supposed to be even worse. Ill be in Vietnam 2 weeks this summer and I'll travel alone. What's the best way to deal with husslers. I'm worried about dealing with transportation is particular. Is it true that they're really bad? What's the best strategy for dealing with them?

I'm taking a 2-week trip to Vietnam and want to spend a few days at a beach. Doesn't need to have a ton of nightlife. Just clean water and a nice beach.

Do they have fedex/ups? How long could it take for package to arrive? Does it cost a lot of money? Is there a limit on how much souvenirs you can send back? Is it safe and reliable?
Thank you very much in advance.

I am an anthropology student looking for some information on Vietnamese Catholic home altars including Holy Family altars, Marian altars, patron saint altars, and ancestor altars. What is the significance of the altars and the statues, holy cards, and other blessed objects that adorn them? What are some of the more popular saints, and other items (incense, rosaries, holy water, food, fruit) located on the altars? Are certain devotional practices held in the home with the altars as a focal point? Where are the altars located in the home and what happens to blessed objects when they are broken, old or worn-- are they thrown away? Are the altars used in Tet celebrations? If any members of your congregation religious or lay could help it would be very much appreciated.
