Ong Jon, I think this is the song to which you're referring, the one that most Vietnamese school children (& most adults) know:

" Như có Bác Hồ trong ngày vui đại thắng, lời Bác nay đã thành chiến thắng huy hoàng..."
" As if Uncle Ho were here in the joyous day of great victory, His words now has become a resplendent triumph..."

Now, perhaps someone will help you out with the English translation of the rest of the song, which I'm pretty sure someone will have no problem with.
I prefer not to in respect of those with different political views of Ho Chi Minh vis-à-vis a historically controversial figure.
I truly am sorry !

An advice for you guys... when typing Vietnamese, plz use Unicode font & put appropriate signs above or beneath letters so that I can understand what you mean.
I'm 100% Vietnamese but cannot understand what you typed there... phew...

if you don't mind, im not answering your question but you answered one of my questions regarding to viet circumcision. you wrote a few words in viet which i can read but i on't understand so if you don't mind, can you please just say it in english lol??
