Las Vegas

My husband and I are going to Vegas at the end of the month (we're both 29 yrs old) and we'll be staying at the Riviera. There are so many things to do and see in that town that our heads are spinning from it all! Can anyone suggest some Vegas essentials that we can't miss while in town??? (Shows, sights, attractions, nightclubs???)

Did u enjoy it... Pro's Cons.... We play Holdem poker, how is the food there? is it isolated from other attractions? how safe is it for a female to be out late at night alone? Any info on the hotel and area is helpful.

Has anyone stayed in Mandalay bay the Deluxe Rooms recently, I heard they finished renovating the rooms, I was wondering what you thought of the new rooms? And how much did the room cost per night, and would you stay there again? How was your experience in Mandalay Bay?

Do you think $1200 is enough to bring to vegas for new year's eve? I will be staying 3 nights and the hotel and flight are paid for already. I don't gamble that much. I am mainly worried about transportation and cost of activities (like rides and stuff). I am celebrating my birthday and new years eve so I want to have some fun. Thanks for any suggestions

I'm going with my mom while she's at a conference. She'll be in classes, so I'll be on my own during the day. What are some fun things to do? Also, we're staying at the Silver Legacy, so things that are within walking distance of there would be best. And I'm over 21, so there's not really a restriction on where I can go.
