I had an apartment at Oasis Meadows, 2 bedroom 2 bath for 1350 a month. It wasn't the best but it wasn't bad by any means. Actually, nice floor plan and architecture, especially compared to others.

I don't recall the exact rate for a 2br. We did some checking last December and we liked this one the best for it's location and price.
