I know it rains ALOT...and i assume it'll rain the whole time, but is there ever a time of year where the rain isnt so bad? i thought march would be a good time to go. I would like ot see edinborough, dublin and glasgow. You think rain will ruin the whole trip? Also, what is worth seeing...and driving THROUGH the rain to see?

I can understand they want to look pretty, beautyful and sexy and to attract guys attention but in freezing temperature when even one jacket is not enough how can u expect someone walking almost naked for all the above said reason dont u think its somesthing like craziness or obsession about sex.
