-Right now I'm taking classes for surgical technology. I'm hoping that my interest in medicine will favor me a spot in the peace core. I'm not too interested in making a lot or living extravagantly I just want to experience other cultures. My main focus is Thailand. I guess my main question(s)...haha.. any idea of a better career path that would keep me moving through out the world..besides corporate jobs. Also, any references or links to help people travel abroad would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help!

Recent world events have significantly increased the negative perception of Americans. I’ve heard horror stories of people being rude and mistreating Americans who are traveling or living abroad. However in my own business and personal travel I haven’t noticed a significant change and have found people for the most part to be as friendly as ever. Have I just been incredibly lucky? What has been you experience?

I am looking for sensible answers to the posted question There are 193 countries on the earth some small some large. I have visited 155 but not to every village town or city. It has taken me 40 years but spread over this period including re-visits. I estimate it would take 4 lifetimes of 70 years just to spend an hour in each.So if you think you can do better on this calculation of 1 hour in each area please tell me.

Im planning a trip to travel the world by foot, plane, boot, car, donkey, anything. My old Journalism Teacher did it back in the late 80's, like he was in Afganhistan during their war with Russia. But things are very different nowadays. I looked at the US State Department's website and couldnt find the info i wanted. Can anyone Help me? Thanks.

My friends and I are looking for place that offer fun activities for teens and has some sort of nightlife compatible for 18-year-olders. Expenses are not too much of a concern, but I would prefer some sort of tropical or european destination. Most importantly, we want to be somewhere fun, but safe!
