Right now, this time of year I would pick Antigua or one of the lower Antilles in the Caribbean. I picked Antigua for a couple of reasons:
1 St John's, the capital has a major airport and flights are pretty inexpensive or at least the same as other warm water destinations.
2 Lodging. Plenty of it lots of timeshare that con be traded for or rented out plus many apartments for rent as well as the typical hotel rooms available near the beaches.
3. Beaches and Casinos go hand in hand on this lttle island where everybody speaks english and they treat outsiders like royalty.
4. The water. Not only is it warm but it is the most beautiful hue of blue I have seen anywhere. There is a booze cruise called the jolly roger pirate cruise, great for newbies. It takes you to deep bay where you jump from the boat into liquid turquoise that's perfect temperature, after pirate punch, very fun.
5 Plenty to do. From beaches, sailing, ssnorleling, booze cruises, jet skies, horseback riding, casinos, golf, eating out, bar hopping, hill climbing, or parasailing there is so much to do in this beautiful island nation.
Okay now the down side, they use the Euro which because of the dollar sucks, but its worth it. another country similar, yet just not as great but with similar history is St. Kitts, they use the US dollar but the countries don't compare on the what to do and beauty scale though only about 70 miles away from each other. Banking, beaches and casinos are good in St Kitts.

well Asia is said to b the continent if contrast n ull see all the place which proves this quote right here in India.
may be it's hot desert
or it may be cool Kashmir
the beaches of Goa.
beautiful wonders like tajmehal
many architectural caves like ajanta and ellora caves.
many monuments temples..
n not but not the least the people of India who treat guests wid open heart.
just come n ull not feel like goin ..

Philippines because eveerything is very cheap here... this is the place where east and west meet....... nice beaches too.....nice historic spot... or if you like to see a hanging coffins.....while you are traveling in the mountains going to the 7th wonder of the world... the rice terraces...... well... there are 7001 islands i can offer if you like....
