me and FI are thinking of maybe a road trip for our honeymoon. We are coming from Mass. Any ideas where we could go? We have 7 days.

Depends on the time of the year and your preferences in weather for 1 thing. South in the winter and North in the Summer unless your the snow bunny types then head north I hear Vermont is nice and or The Rockies but you only have enough time to drive there and back in those 7 days.
Or how about flying somewhere that you like and renting a car and driving from there?

Alaska, especially the northern bits, are spectacular in the winter.
The Japanese believe that a child conceived under the Northern Lights will be particularly brilliant, in case you have things such as that in mind.
