I'm in Norway right now and I want to go to Russia for a week before I return home to the US. Can I fly from here or do I need a visa first???

I am an American living in Kuwait and I will have some extra time off in the next month, I wanted to know if there is any site seeing to do in Kuwait other than the malls, the towers, the beaches and that, been there and done that. I know that Kuwait does not have pyramids and that type of thing but what is there around here to see or do other than the above mentioned?

for example, I have been away twice for long periods of time where I have met girls in hostels etc where I can talk to them click with them and really like them ( I dont just mean pull a bird ina bar)
....yet back home I never find anything like that and find it hard to relate to girls here.
All the girls Ive met away Ive always thought I could have had a relationship with them, but back home, i never feel that way for any girl????

i have been invited to go to turkey for a month with a big group of my family and some friends but my mum and dad says they dont want me to however i will be 16 n a half i already have my own passport and my nan will buy my tickets as i will be traveling with family , so do my parents have that much of a say ?
