such as Honduras, when there is a very heavy rainfall, that frogs actually come down out of the sky? yes, i know that sounds stupid, but my ex husband and my sister in law swear to it.

I love Colombia! This summer me and my boyfriend (who is Colombian) went there. We were mostly in Medellin. It's very secure, he says it's changed alot since the last time he went. The food is delicious. The people are awesome. The clothes are really nice [and not as expensive as they are in the U.S.]. If you ever go to Colombia and want to buy clothes go to Itagui. I recommend going in taxi [taking the metro (train) is cheaper, but it gets really crowded and confusing. You have to get off at a certain station and take another train.]. Tell the taxi driver to take you to "El Centro De La Moda" in Itagui and to stop in the first 'centro commercial' (mall). The price of the ride depends on where you get on the taxi. Going to Itagui in taxi is kind of expensive. Anyway, Colombia was extremely fun. If me and my boyfirend ever get married and he wants to move to Colombia, I'd do it in a heart beat.

called "British Honduras". English is their primary language. I was just there on a recent cruise. I kind of liked it (we went to the Zoo/Animal Sanctuary), but am still suffering from mosquito and fire ant bites all over my legs!! Guess that is what I get for going on "rainly season" in the jungle in shorts!. Everyone seemed real nice. Anyone have any opinions of the country?

When backpacking South America, what are the must-see's? Any recommendation with regards to mode of transport, routes, etc? We have about a month or so... How expensive is it? e.g. per night accommodation? Are there youth hostels around?

I want to get to Manaus in north Brazil, and understand it is easier to get an internal flight from somewhere else in Brazil, than to try to fly internationally to Manaus.

Expert help please...!
