Hi,

Netherlands Antilles is a lovely part of the world, you have class!
To get work there, you will need to find out if your occupation is in demand and there are no locals there whom are suitably qualified( probably not). The employer there would help you secure a work permit. But be warned, its an expensive place to buy property for a young person such as yourself. An average three bed home starts out at $160,000 USD. renting is an option, also expensive, but dont let that put you off if you really love the place, I know how I felt on my first visit to the Caribbean! have a look at http://www.internationalliving.com for some ideas.

Compared to other countries, immigration into the Netherlands Antilles is not so difficult. All you basically need is an employer, and in general they will apply for a work and residence permit once they want to hire you.

You can approach one of the companies which mediate between empolyees and employers and register yourself. A good and big one is Impacto/Impacto Executive in Curaçao. Rents, compared to f.i. are cheap. You can find appartments from 400 U$ and up.
