such as Honduras, when there is a very heavy rainfall, that frogs actually come down out of the sky? yes, i know that sounds stupid, but my ex husband and my sister in law swear to it.

You believe in wikipedia? It has an article about "raining animals." The article says it's a fairly common occurrence.

I've never seen it myself, but I believe it happens.

It is because the wind was so strong it picked up the frogs(in some cases even snakes) and they traveled a few miles in the air and finally were dropped down.

yeah it is true i have been in Costa Rica and the same thing happens twice and also in costa rica mangoes come falling on the roof of the houses ,is because they put mango trees adorning the streets. i think is good just like in California that orange trees are commonly planted in the streets.

Yes it happens. Maybe water spouts have something to do with it.
