All I can find online are directions from Swords to Limerick Junction, which seems to be a good way off from Limerick City. Does anyone have a direct route from Swords, or even from Dublin Airport, to Limerick City? Thanks.

Every year we travel from Glasgow to Donegal where we spend 3 weeks with family and friends.
This year we like to travel and see more of Ireland. Our children's ages make it difficult to do some things that please all (2yrs, 7yrs and 15yrs) but any suggestions on places/events that might be fun-filled - and appeal to a toddler and/or a teenager would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Im looking for a week break to south of Ireand and would like to be near a beach.I would like to hear from someone with experience to a nice little resort with theme park, evening entertainment, and activites through the day. I have googled but all I come up with is cottages etc for rent.Is there any such thing as an inclusive holiday . Advice and experience would be great, but not Dublin or Galway as Ive already been. Thanks!

I have heard that education reform is responsible for Ireland's great economy. Yet look at James Joyce that guy was really educated. I easily trade my grandfathers Irish high school education form my American university education. And these two examples came way before any education reform.

I think I can tolerate the ferry best and have been advised to take the 'fast ferry'. He is planning to book a holiday from a catalogue which includes the ferry trip. Does anyone have experience with this system and are the ferries safe? I can't swim.

I'm initially travelling between Larne and the town of Sligo, by car, but will also be going further south. If i can get road distances between Sligo, towns in the far South, and then back up towards Dublin, it would be really helpful. thank you
