First of all, look up all the information on
roseoftralee.ie read all the stuff on their very informative website and follow the directions on the site, and second of all...get rid of the hat in your picture, you will have all he other 'Rosebuds' in gales of laughter, and that won't help at judging time.. You have to enter and win a competition in your own country and be sent by them as the rep for say New York or California A girl as pretty as you should have no trouble
