My boyfriend and I go to Paris from the 26th till the 29th Decembre. I would like to suprise him in Paris with something really fun or romantic. Something that we can do there in Paris, but it also has to be something he wouldn't guess. So no Eifeltower or etc. .Who has some ideas?

Im looking for suggestions for a short break in France. I usually go to the South of France every year, but I'd like to try other areas. I love French ccoking so a town with plenty of good restaurants is key and I just love the markets in France (Nice has a few great ones). I'd also like to be reasonably close to an airport if possible.

Any suggestions?

Hey.. I'm a very interested in the whole topic WW2 and I'm planing to visit the beaches of Normandy in the spring... Is there anyone that lives in Caen or Carentan that can give me a tip where to go or is there some kind of tour?
