Normandy is great because they have tons of stuff on world war 2 they have the Normandy beaches they have the American cemetery to. also depending on how long your staying for you might want to go to London for a night a ticket on a train can cost as much 150 euros but as little as 70 and if you go hop on one of the sight seeing buses (I recommend the London duck tour takes you everywhere and at the end you also get a boat ride, on the same vehicle. and for the duck tours i would reserve on line so your positive to get the exact time you want. by the way sorry some of the links are in french.
