What do you think would make the best long weekend getaway for my husband and I to temporarily escape reality (three little boys and everyday work) We are coming from the central US which makes the western european countries slightly preferable for travel time on a short vaccation ... if you leave a 1, 2 and 7 year old with your dad the trip has to be short).

We are pretty experienced travelers. Get around on public transportation in Europe and all (some spanish and german spoken, can ask for the train in toilet in Italian and french LOL). We have visited most of the capitals, and may revist one of those. Havent done Spain or Portugal and are considering that or Malta. I want Rekjavik someday - but am saving that for the boys to enjoy too.

We may just do Paris or Rome again - it is always lovely and the metro is so easy to navigate.

What is your opinion, what was your best vaccation, is ther an obscure city with excellent architecture and museums???

I'm living in Malaysia and the Czech Koruna is not exchangable or sold in my country. Does any nation, especially within Asia sells such currency? And how do I get it into Malaysia, 'cause I'm not planning to leave my country for now.

I went about 2 years ago with a tour group my german teacher found. I want to go again, but I don't know how to find tour groups, I wouldn't know whether or not they were good, I wouldn't know what was a good deal. Where can I find all this information about tour groups? prices? I'm also looking for something maybe around $3,000/person.

Hi, can anyone recommend a good family holiday for june/july 2007. I have just one child who is five years old and my emphasis is on an apartment that has a very good childrens club as he likes plenty of activity. I have been away over the last three years but most places only operate clubs for an hour in the morning and another hour in the evening. Just wondering has anybody been anywhere that operates a more extensive childrens club, preferably spain or portugal ,

A friend of mine, from Sweden, told me that the London Tube is among the worst in Europe. And the amazing thing is Londoners are so used to the situation that they rarely complain.

Is it true, or is it just a myth that London's infrastructure is inferior?

I wanted to know a good week long itinerary for a trip to Norway? I would like to know of restaurants and hotels, and good attractions without jumping from one section of norway to another in a single day! I dont expect a full 7 day itinerary, but if you could tell me somethings to do for 1 or 2 days i would greatly appreciate it! ~Thanks~
