There are a couple of variations that must be taken into account. Firstly, there is the issue of recognition of qualifications. Secondly, it depends on the country as wages in northern and western Europe are higher than southern and eastern Europe. Thirdly, there is the issue of exchange rates as the British pound and Euro are both worth more than the US dollar.

I am not sure whether you would actually be allowed to practice as a nurse in other countries without any additional schooling. If you add specific detail about which European country you are considering, people might be able to give you more specifics.
