i do not know how this works and the delevery charges do they deliver what are the best sites for delivery here in europe

Online shopping is a breeze, you can go to many of the sites and after you have shopped you can view the shipping charges before you make your final checkout. Depending on the items your looking for just search online merchants, or online department stores and many links to various shops will appear.
UPS delivers everywhere and I know you guys have the brown trucks in Europe so you can order just about anything.

I woula imagine it would depend on where in Europe you live as to what sites you would be able to use. I can suggest you start with Amazon as they have several international versions and offer a variety of merchandise. Just go to www.amazon.(insert your area here ie: .fr for france).
You can also see if shops you like in your area have online sites. Again... would help if we knew where you were from and also what you want to buy.
