when i was young, my polish grandfather would sing a birthday song to me. i was wondering if anyone knew the words, pronounciation, and translation. i do rememer the first few lines saying stolaht, stolaht, yet jionjoin nah. i dont know how to spell it, thats just how it sounds. thanks for your help!!

Hi, can anyone recommend a good family holiday for june/july 2007. I have just one child who is five years old and my emphasis is on an apartment that has a very good childrens club as he likes plenty of activity. I have been away over the last three years but most places only operate clubs for an hour in the morning and another hour in the evening. Just wondering has anybody been anywhere that operates a more extensive childrens club, preferably spain or portugal ,

A friend of mine, from Sweden, told me that the London Tube is among the worst in Europe. And the amazing thing is Londoners are so used to the situation that they rarely complain.

I was considering studying abroad there for a semester and had a few questions:
Will it be a significant problem if I can't speak any Dutch (only English)?
How far is it from Amsterdam?
Does it have "coffee shops" like in Amsterdam?
Are the people friendly?
How hard/expensive/time intensive would it be to take a trip to Berlin on a weekend?
Finally (and most importantly) what football club is a resident of Leiden likely to support/what clubs are in the vicinity?

Any other comments about general life in Leiden would be much appreciated. Thanks so much.
