Hi, we're planning a family vacation with teens, adults and a younger child. We'd like to take a family cruise. What line and where should we go? I cruised on the Carnival Glory before going to St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Nassau and loved it. I'd like to go elsewhere. What about hurricane season and mosquitos? Any other alternatives? I'm looking for a dream vacation. Thanks!

I was wondering where abouts in the Carribean would be a good place to go on holiday. A family holiday, but not too intense, just a nice relaxing holiday in the sun! Know anywhere good?

I'm going on my honeymoon in the beginning of October. To avoid hurricanes and inclement weather, I would like to go to the southern Caribbean. Either Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, or St. Lucia (maybe Aruba). Is there anyone that has been to more than one of these places that can help. We like to be beach bums during the day, but we want to have clubs to go to and other fun stuff as well. Thanks.

I've never been to the Caribbean but am looking to go there with a friend to relax on beautiful beaches, snorkel & enjoy a relatively good but chilled nightlife in terms of bars and restaurants.
Am worried that Jamaica & Bahamas are too developed with too many all inclusives which we're trying to avoid? But on the other hand, other islands seem not to mention any nightlife on the net - just hotel bars.
Have I got the wrong impression and can anyone recommend any other islands?

My husband is returning for R&R...from Iraq in about 2 months and we have been talking about taking a vacation during that time. I want to take him to a really nice resort so we can just relax on the beach and have a really good time. I want a really beautiful resort as well. I am thinking about a resort in the Bahamas. Any suggestions? It would be great if you could give suggestions based on personal visits.

We live in Montreal.I want someplace quiet, somewhere scenic, and definetely somewhere with a spectacular beach! It would be cool if I could send them to a romantic getaway with not very many kids, since they have enough when they are at home!!! I also have a budget, and would like to stay around the 3,100$ mark(in canadian dollars). Everyone says cuba, but then someoene told me there might be a talk of war down there, i can't afford to take a chance and send them there if anything happens. Also with the amount I would like to spend is it possible to find something for alittle longer then a week.Any suggestions? Thank you!

My boyfriend and I are planning a nice Caribbean vacation. We have heard many good things about the above spots. Which one is the best, from your opinion? We are going March 23rd for a week. We want a fairly economical, but still nice, all-inclusive vacation. We want a nice pool, beach, and maybe fun activities outside of the resort. What travel agent should we go through? The best deals I could find so far were through TNTVacations.com. Any other suggestions? Any tips? Thanks!!

I love it all (unless it has fish in int).

Oh, and for those who do not know where the West Indies is, it is all of the Caribbean islands in the Atlantic. Like Jamaica, Cuba, Puerto Rico, etc.

Are there any adult/swinger resorts in the Carribean that are couples only (i.e. won't be overrun by single men)? My wife and I would like to find one that is couples only.
