Are there any adult/swinger resorts in the Carribean that are couples only (i.e. won't be overrun by single men)? My wife and I would like to find one that is couples only.

Jamaica has the perfect resorts to meet your needs. I work in the tourist industry and the best resorts for you and your wife in Jamaica would be either Sandals, Hedonism or Couples.
Sandals is a ultra all-inclusive resort that caters to couples and heterosexuals only. There's 5 different Sandals chains for you to choose from. Check out sandals.com for further details.
Hedonism is much more 'open' than Sandals. There are two of them: Hedonism II and III. This caters to the adult/swinger resort that you might be looking for. Hedonism caters to singles, couples, both homosexual and heterosexual. There are no inhibitions at Hedonism and offer a number of nude beaches as well. Go to hedonism.com for more info.
Couples is more like the 'classic honeymoon' resort. Its catered to couples only and offers a more relaxed and romantic setting than Hedonism. Couples has four different chains for you to choose from as well. Go to www.couples.com for more details.

I would definitely recommend Nassau, Bahamas. There are two all-inclusives I would recommend there for sure. We have been to Nassau three times! The first is the Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort. This one may be more expensive but it is very nice. The other one would be the Breezes Resort down the road, towards downtown. It is probably more affordable and usually alot of fun. There's tons to do at both of them. Sandals is great because you can learn to scuba dive while you're there. And they take you on dives (included). Breezes has more planned activities, if that's what you're after. I enjoy myself everytime I go, it is so much fun!

Sandals is heterosexual couples only (not swingers) Hedonism may be more singles based. Perhaps Couples (that is the name)

I believe you're trying to find a hydenisim resort (spelling). They have some in Jamica. Wish you luck though.
