I was born and raised in Toronto, but have not been back sinse my family moved to L.A. california. Twenty six years. I remember the castle. Is it still there, and if so what has happened to it?Does anyone know the history of the castle?

I'm planning to visit friends in Toronto next week and am looking for the cheapest transportation. I've checked Via Rail's and Greyhound fares already. Don't feel like paying $250. Do you know of a community, or tour bus service that would be cheaper?

I'm driving to Montreal from Toronto at evening rush-hour. I take the 407 all the time, but never east of the 404; I see it ends north of Ajax at Brock and/or hwy 7. Should I take Brock south, or head east for 10-15 km and then hit the 401 after Whitby? Worried about traffic on the 401 ... I assume there's non after Oshawa, but I wonder if there's lots east of Brock.
