Why is it so important to fill in one's race in official forms while in Malaysia while one is a Malaysian just like everyone else?

Worst part of all is that these forms DO NOT seem to be sensitive towards the person who signs it. It states 'Bangsa' (nationality) rather than 'Keturunan' or 'Kaum'.

So, its true that non-Malays and Bumis are considered 'immigrants' in their own country?

Two days ago, my semi-d house was almost broke in...
they cut my side fence (green wire type), open my side window (at my second room) & half way cut open my grill.
I was away that night around 8-9.30 for buka puasa (when its raining)..

i got back from dinner without knowing what happen.. just realise it at 12.00 p.m when i wondering why my window was open.. & surprised when looking at the grill.. then i know what had happen..
Immediately call the police & 10 minutes later they arrive.. i think they already left when i got back from dinner.. nothin lost just that quite beware nowdays of what happened..

by the way there's an empty land beside my house with bushes & stuff..

All I ever wanted
was to be at your service
but now I'm alone
cause you were here and you're gone

And all I ever wanted
was to feel I had a purpose
but now that's all gone

But if you could give me
just one love
just one life
just one chance to believe in mine
just one love
just one life
you'd bleed for me
and I didn't dare to notice you
now I'm stuck
out on a line.
Bleed for me
I didn't care to be with you
now you're stuck in my mind

All I ever wanted
was to be what you needed
cause something so strong
it could never be wrong.
And all I can promise
is to say what I'm feeling
We've made it so long

But if you could give me
just one love
just one life
just one chance to believe in mine
just one love
just one life
you'd bleed for me

Believe The Unbelievable

There are so many things you can achieve
If you would just simply believe
Don’t let test and trials stand in your way
Trouble don’t last always, there will be a brighter day
Trials come to make you strong
The storm may be raging now but it won’t last long
You’ve been praying and it’s seem God does not hear
But He is always listening so don’t you dare live in fear
Don’t you cry and do not grieve
All things are possible if you believe
Spread your wings and learn how to fly
Keep your eyes on God and the storm will pass you by
Believe the unbelievable
Dream the unthinkable
You can reach the unreachable
See the unforeseeable
All things you can achieve
If you believe

Like
"Elemen2 asas kebudayaan tradisional yang membentuk ketamadunan melayu merujuk kerajaan majapahit?"
or
"Pengaruh penjajahan British ke atas ekonomi orang melayu, india dan cina di tanah melayu"
made people here tend to answer like
"please reopen your history book"
or
"do your own homework"

what if the person asking is some foreigner students, or maybe your children? it wouldnt hurt not to answer if you do not know the answer. please.
