Say, for example, that I am in Japan and I bump somebody or I move in front of someone. How do I apologize for bumping or running into someone and how do I apologize for getting in someone's way?

I'm going there in two weeks and I don't want to be rude.

I need something beyond the beginner skate found at Sports Authority. I need to buy larger boots and have it attached to the blades I already have. In the states, they "heat mold" the boot around the foot for a better fit. So I need a skate store. Does anyone have a lead? I would really appreciate it. Thank You!

This is for those of you in Japan. If you were to walk into Lawsons today could you purchase tickets to the Hanshin Tigers games on March 30 through April 1? Or are they sold out? If they are sold out through Lawsons does that mean they will be sold out on game day at the stadium as well?

How do you think the Japanese people of today??
Personal opinion I think modern Japanese lost there tradition.
I mean we can't see the real honer, loyal...like they used to had any more. The last Samurai is a good example. Japan is a really good country now. But should Japanese try to find out the old the tradition that Japanese lost??

We will stay one night in Osaka to catch my flight from Kansai airport. Instead of staying in Osaka, is there any good Ryokan with Onsen nearby? If so, how can I get there and airport? Also any idea how much will it be? Thanks for your help.

I'll be arriving in Osaka. What is the best way and/or most money-saving way in terms of transportation (train, bus?) if I wanted to go to Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima, and Tokyo? And what order would be the best to go if I need to start in Osaka and end my trip in Osaka?

My wife and I will be in in Tokyo soon for 6 months , she will be on work assignment. Her office is in Shibuya. We were thinking of using Leopalace for 6 months, but I dont know much about it. Any opinions? Are there any other good options for gaijin short term apartments? We would perfer not stay in a guesthouse. We speak a little japanese, very basic stuff, so we will hopefully have someone from her work help us with this. We will be in a hotel for 16 days, so we have a little time to look for a place. Thanks.

im planning a trip to Japan this summer and well im really really excited about it, but heres the thing: i have a angel wing tattoo (just like HYDE's) covering my entire upper back. (for those of you who don't know, HYDE is a pretty famous rockstar in japan). in Japan they have public baths and stuff like that and also i know that they have some strict aspects of behavior, and attitudes so if i come in a public bath and they notice my wings, are they gonna think bad of me, do you think it's bad to show it off in general?? Cuz well its japan after all and HYDE and that tattoo are very famous over there.. Heres a pic of HYDE and his/my tat:
