Haneda to Narita? There's a two-hour bus connection. Otherwise follow the directions below then from Ueno take the Kesei Line to Narita.

Haneda to Ueno take the monorail to Hammatscho then JR Yamanote or Keihin Line to Ueno. The monorail is around 400 - 500Yen and the JR 160 Yen. The trip will take about 45 minutes or less.

Ok, now you would want to take the train from Haneda to Ueno. You would be able to take your luggages on the train.

INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL >>{walk 5min}>> HANEDA AIRPORT BUILDING 1 >> {Train (東京モノレール) 23min} >> HAMAMATSU CHOU EKI >> {Train (JR 京浜東北・根岸線快速)10 min} >> UENO EKI

It costs 630 yen
it takes 45 minutes
23.6 km in total...

**Haneda building 1 >> (470 yen) >>hamamatsu chou eki >>(160 yen)>>ueno eki

I hope this helps..
