Try Uwajimaya. You can find out more about them at

www.uwajimaya.com

and you can buy their products through

www.amazon.com

and search "uwajimaya" and you will be able to find about 250 of their products. Uwajimaya is a Japanese grocery store located in Seattle and I've visited the store when I used to live in Washington state. They have direct imports as well as items that were made in the U.S. for the Japanese people in the U.S. so they taste genuine. Also www.jfc.com will tell you a bit more about what Japanese food items are available.

http://www.koamart.com/ mostly a Korean store also sells Japanese items.
http://www.maruwa.com Don't forget to hit "English" .. Japanese online grocery store =-)

There are some Maruchan products sold in the U.S. but in general they do not taste like the Japanese Maruchan products. They have Americanized flavors and normally lack things like nori in them.

You can easily find Maruchan products in the US; you don't need to order them from Japan. Save yourself a lot of grief and shipping expenses.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card company will charge you a percentage (usually 2-4%) and calculate the exchange rate. You'll see the calculations on your billng statement.
