I want to send a letter to Transport Canada to complain about the poor service I got from Continental Airlines regarding the Loss of my luggage. I am given the run around and until now, I received no response to my complaint. Does Transport Canada who to contact in dealing with an American based /owned Airline.
I am getting desperate and I need someone to advise me as to the procedures to follow in filing a claim. there seems to be NO RESPONSIBLE EXECUTIVE at Continental Airlines who can address my complaint. Thank you for your immediate assistance.

I'm going to be taking a long, international flight in the following month (I'm studying abroad in Madrid, and very excited about it). I'm not sure I'll get enough to drink on the plane, so I'm wondering if I can bring my own drink, as long as I purchase it past the security checkpoint. Also, can I bring my laptop and iPod on an international flight?

My sister started her jurney from Dhaka, Bangladesh on 8th december, flight number 457 at 945am to Maskut. Then connecting flight is maskut to paris.
