I want to send a letter to Transport Canada to complain about the poor service I got from Continental Airlines regarding the Loss of my luggage. I am given the run around and until now, I received no response to my complaint. Does Transport Canada who to contact in dealing with an American based /owned Airline.
I am getting desperate and I need someone to advise me as to the procedures to follow in filing a claim. there seems to be NO RESPONSIBLE EXECUTIVE at Continental Airlines who can address my complaint. Thank you for your immediate assistance.

If you landed in Canada, call the airport you landed in, the luggage may be sitting in lost and found. if not, good luck, and I hope you had insurance.

What, exactly, is an executive in Houston going to do about your lost luggage in Canada?

First question, did you file a claim immediately (as in, while still at the airport) If not, then already you're screwed. Luggage claims must be made before you leave the airport, and not afterwards.

Come visit us in merry England, Lil G! Use your inter-US tickets just to get out there on the tarmac. However, as soon as airport officials are otherwise engaged - e.g; waving in a large plane that is tricky to park - quickly stow yourself away in the cargo hold of a "Blighty Flights" air-plane. You'll have an uncomfortable 10 hours or so amongst the packing crates and livestock, but it'll all have been worth it once you're here with us cheery Englanders - swilling warm beer and Morris dancing the night away like a bally native!
