If they are all traveling together, there is a chance they are flying a charter jet. Many of these jets are configured for business class only.

Nope, most of them cannot afford it. I remember the time
when one of our guys was selected for the Olympics, we
all chipped in so that he could have some pocket money to buy some souveniers.
