Considering his outlandish behavior, FIFA's drive for fairplay and the precedent such an award sets for global football. Weighed in against the thrills and frills he brought to our entertainment pleasure and the joy of soccer over the years. Do you think he should still earn a take home trophy?

The only Baton group we have found so far is in Portland Oregon. That is over two hours from us. I would be willing to drive up to or around an hour each way. Anything in the Eugene, Salem, Albany, Corvallis or Lebanon areas would be great. Any help or leads you could provide us with would be greatly appreicated. Thanks

I got a great deal on some Asics Gelmax shoes, and bought 4 pairs. Would it be better to rotate them, and wear each pair one day a week when I train? Or should I just use one pair at a time until it wears out and move on to the next one?

I'm currently training for the Chicago Marathon in October. I've done 3 marathons before, but I've never had the chance to buy this many pairs of shoes at one time. I usually just run on a pair for about 6 months until it wears out.

I'm 21 years old, and I've been a pretty avid runner ever since high school. I used to run distance in highschool track, and now I play rugby where I run around for 90 minutes a game and have never had a foot problem until two weeks ago. I had been going on a lot of 3-5 mile runs lately to prepare for rugby and I decided to extend my 5 mile run on the treadmill to 10 miles. I didn't notice anything until about 1 hour after I finished when I felt a sharp pain on the outside of my left foot. At first I thought heel spur or maybe a stress fracture, but the podiatrist was clueless. The pain seems to be the worst when I put pressure on my arch, but is less painful when I curl my foot, walk on just my heel, or walk on just my toes. Since the injury, the pain has reduced significantly and seems to be going away, but I want to be sure to avoid any reoccuring injuries. I'm going to stay off running for a while, but any ideas on what this pain is?

Who here agrees with me that cheerleading is a sport? If you disagree and think that it isn't a sport, please tell me why you think that and i will disprove it.

We have weeklong tryouts (how long are football tryouts? oh thats right, you don't have tryouts)...We spend three or four practices LEARNING our cheers and our cute dances... (how long does it take you to learn your football plays? like 5 minutes, right?) We work for 5 or 6 ours trying to perfect our dances and cheers (you work on like 10 plays a practice right? thats like 10 minutes per play!)

andything else that i missed?

and if it is a sport, then how come Yahoo! doesn't have it listed as a sport? we need to speak up!
