i've been working out my triceps thinking that the strength of the triceps determine how far you can throw a football (with disregard to technique, etc)
QUESTION::::: is rotator cuff muscle strength more important than tricep strength when youre wanting to throw a football further? does rotator cuff strength determine how far you can throw a football ? (with disregard to technique)

i think'd if given the chance, alot of girls might try out and would be pretty good, i've seen some girls (including myself) play football in PE and for fun, we're pretty good (in my opinon of course;-)

Michael Vick rushes for 1039 throws 20 tds and 13 ints and has a 75.4 qb rating and everyone says he runs too much, hes a terrible qb, Falcons need to start Shaub.

But Vince Young rushes for 552 yards throws 12 tds and 13 ints has a 66.7 qb rating and everyone says he going to be one of the greatest of all-time, going to win suerbowls, and he got rookie of the years.
