Is it better to get the teams home(dark) or away(white) jersey?

Question

I'm debating which one to get. I want the away one...but i'm afraid it will get dirty.....but do more people get the home jerseys?

*its the colts away jersey, i like it much better then their home jerseys for some reason....i've been debating this for a long time now..many years in fact..and i'm making up my decision....finally....*

As a fan, it really doesn't matter. You should get which ever one you like the best. If you want to be different, get the away jersey. You can always clean it, just keep it out of the dryer.

More people do have home jerseys.

I recently bought a white away jersey. I've hard more people stop and ask me about it. "Where did you get that."

You don't see as many road jerseys, which is cool.

The white looks sharp. The don't show a lot of dirt. The fabric seems to see to that.

Get a road jersey, or throwback. Those are cool too. Then you don't have to worry about your favorite player defecting to another team. Nothing worse than wearing the jersey of a guy who has moved on...

Get the one you like better. Sure the dark one is probably more recognizable, but I usually like buying the away one because it's different from what most people have. So your jersey will stand out more and be cooler.

i like the dark jerseys better. remember Home jerseys don't necessarily mean dark (examples: the cowboys try to always wear their white jerseys, the redskins also do the same)

when i go to games i tend to see more people wearing home jerseys (dark ones for every team except cowboys or redskins)

if you want an away jersey just be careful when you wear it, and maybe just wear it on game day

Dark, for just the reason you stated.

I think the dark jerseys are usually more popular for all sports. (For everything but football, dark is away). I think the reason is that if you actually attend the games, a sea of color looks better than a sea of white. White just looks like a coincidence. But red, or blue, or green is awesome!

a lot of people get both,and I'm one of them,and its pretty cool,when they play at home you wear the home Jersey,when there playing away you wear the away Jersey,it shows your a true fan,why don't you wait till they win the Superbowl this year and by the Jersey color they won with

For the Colts I would say get the white. Most teams the Dark is better but they are one of the exceptions.
