A player's stats or the teams he plays. Because Hawaii's QB Colt Brennan and is alot better in stats, then Troy Smith. But less talent in teams they play but I know Hawaii plays in the WAC but I belive he would have around the same stats if he played in a bigger cofrence (PAC,BIG 12)Also I belive why Troy has so much hype and is over rated is the name on the front of the jersey. (SORRY OSU FANS ITS TRUE).

Even with his firing he has remained a classy guy. He helped clean up the program, he improved graduation rates and didn’t shy away from suspending star players. He was loved by the athletes, the faculty and the administration. On the other hand he has over seen a slow decline capped by a 6-6 season. His team has had recent embarrassing on field incidents with LSU and FIU. And it doesn’t matter how classy a guy you are it seems Miami will always have a “thug” image.

Boise state destroyed Oregon state who in turn handed USC its only loss. Therefore, shouldn't Boise state be ahead of USC in the polls? Not that it will matter because Ohio State is by far the best team in the nation. Don't let Michigans inspired performance in Ohio fool you.
