I am starting football and need to know what position would be good for me. I am 215- 220 pounds and 5'7, I am not a fast runner but may be a good tackler. Waht position should I play?

And by the way: do the football pants come in different sizes? I see the guys on T.V and their belly hangs over their pants. It may happen to me since I am big. It may be uncomfortable. What is the biggest size in the pant, I dont want that to happen to me.

Coach told me that I would play guard or center this football season in HS and was wondering how the heck it feels to be bending over while having the QB put his hands in my butt. Correct me if I'm wrong or tell me how does it feel to be in that stance.

i believe it is the San Francisco 49ers.

1. they have won 5 superbowls
2. they not only won, but they slaughtered every openant. the superbowl was never won in the last minutes. it was over before it started.

3. Have always been great. (excpet last 3 years). always were in play offs. always were top 5 team. ALWAYS. not 1,2, or 3 year wonders.

4. Great players to ever play the game.

5. overall. they just the best. and even though i would hate to admit it. Dallas cowboys are 2nd. BUT the Patriots will never come close to these two teams. they won by luck in practically on superbowls and are good for only a couple years.

Man, after watching the preseason game with the Raiders and the whoever they were I almost felt like puking! Well, not that bad...but still.

I used to actually enjoy watching American "football", but Football has so much more energy involved, and every player is in on the action all game long!

I know most of you guys will disagree with me, that's why I posted this here. If I wanted people to agree with me, I would have posted over in the Football section, not the football section.
