I've expressed my dissatisfaction with the scoring system here before, and I'll do so again. I had a starting pitcher on Thursday, June 28th, go seven innings, strike out 10, and get a win, and I lose a point and a half in the standings. Perhaps the scorers for these leagues toss a coin to determine how bad they're going to gouge the team owners. I suppose if i had a player hit four home runs and 10 rbi's in a game, I'd lose half a dozen points. How about a scoring system that makes sense?

I had Chris Carpender and Kenny Rodgers when the season began, and they were both injured. I benched them, and about 2 weeks ago, traded Carpender for Arroyo to try to get some points, but I kept Rodgers on my bench. Rodgers is healthy now, and pitching well,so I'm starting him. Did I do the right thing, trading Carpender and keeping Rodgers.

It's a 12 team, NFL.com league, where we can start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, and 1 DST.

I think I have a great team considering what pick I had. The only problem I'm going to have to address, is that all three of my WR's have their bye week on week 6.

But I should be able to solve that by playing the wavier wire before week 6, and pick up a few WR's.
