Recently Malcom speed commented on Indian cricket team performance. he stated that India did not win a major event after 198x..........My question is - Is it 1983 or 1987 - according to Speed. The Hindu paper say it is 1987. But I doubt it to be 1983. - Please answer.

It is strange that about 2 years are passed now and Sourav Gangully has not got his lost form yet. India needs his captaincy.

A batsman who can play well against fast bowling , will find scoring runs easy against the fast bowler and perhaps may not get out against the fast bowling. Even if he gets out, it will be after making a huge score against the fast bowlers.
Name the Indian batsman who has scored the overall highest runs against fast bowlers faced in his whole test-match career.
The batsman must have batted in minimum 60 innings or 30 test matches including Indian and non-Indian pitches.
