Glen McGrath without any doubt. Besides being a good bowler he is very intelligent and performs with clinical efficiency. His approach is awsome.

There will be people who might disagree with my answer as there is a pile of talent in Australian team. But i will say a bowler playing cricket for Australian team at an age of 38 is not a joke.
and my choice is Shane warne, for the great service of cricket world for such a long period.

I consider MG Grath and Brett Lee are the two best bowlers in the Australian team. MG Grath is for delivering the balls with good line and length and for his consistency. Brett Lee is for speed and action. He is capable for taking up the quick wickets for the team.

Among both the above bowlers, I consider G.D. Mc Grath the best.

Mc Grath - let it be any country, any pitch, any batsman, any team, He will give his best and take so many wickets in that match and also put so much of pressure at any batsmen that face him and his length and line is perfect and no one can escape at the cluches of Mc Grarth, even the top world batsmans made that clear as our Tendulkar said. Its trouble to face him but I had to face him. I would rate Mc Grath as the best Australian bowler in the current generation.
Then goes the list, Bree Lee, Sharn Warne

For sure it is Glen McGrath. as of current date. If this question was asked a few years ago it would have been Mr. Warne but since he no longer plays in one dayers i have to go for glenn McGrath. He bowls intelligently and is far by the best bolwer in keeping his line and length.
