I am trying out for the basketball team in 4 days. I tried out last year, but did not make it. Last year they had us run a mile first thing in the morning and i wasn't in the physical shape to complete it in the time given. Now, I feel like i could be ready in a couple days because I have been practicing running for awhile. Problem is, even with all the running I do, I still have only gotten my time down to 12 minutes. What should I do to shave 4 whole minutes off my running time? please help..thx
