I was watching the Red Sox game and it was the bottom of the 9th. And right before Timlin gave up Sexson's homer, I was like "Sexson hits it in the air to deep left and the Mariners win," with the same voice inflection as Don Orsillo! And bam right on the next pitch, Sexson hit the homer and Don Orsillo said the same thing I did!! Weird, huh? Has this ever happened to you??

I was wondering if this was a legal batting stance. Starting righty, You start feet togther perpendicular to the plate and then take a step with your right foot first so that you are facing the plate with right in front of left. Now I was wondering does your back foot have to be in the batting box? here's an example....

(left foot)> (right)> v (plate)

This week, the Twins and the Pale Hose are jockeying for position in the Wild Card race.

Many people at first said that this rivalry was pure hype, but now this rivalry is picking up steam on both sides.

At the Mall Of America, where anti Packer t-shirts are plastered everywhere, anti White Sox t-shirts are starting to pop up.

Same in Chicago stores with anti-Twins t-shirts.

Do some of you think this rivalry is finally for real?

Pick the best baseball players of all-time. But they have to be in the right position. For Example you can't have Mickey Mantle as a second baseman. pick 2 starting pitchers and i relieve pitcher. Your allowed to use a DH for the pitchers position in the line-up. To close it out choose a manager. If your kind of confused what to do take a look at my team.

Hi there, I bought a pair of tickets for the Red Sox vs LA Angels game in Anaheim on Thursday August 24 @ 7:00pm. Only problem is now it truns out I won't be able to go to LA at all. Does anyone have advice on how I could get rid of these tickets or sell them ?? Please I'd really appreciate any help.

Wouldn't this give the teams in the AL West a far easier chance of reaching the playoffs versus the NL central. I am a little biased since I am an Astros fan but this is hardly fair We have six teams in our division while they only have four! WTFMLB?
