Luke 6:22 The New American Bible
"Blessed are you when people hate,
and when thet exclude and insult you,and denounce your name as evil on the account of the son of man."

I really hope this can help people understand why using player and player hater in ways that have nothing to do with God but are instead conflicts of self-vanity, and material or carnal vanity involoving trying to make people call you a hater because you think you look better, or you think you sing better, or think you have the right to take someone life in a court of law. Luke 6:26 "Woe to you when all speak well of you, for their ancestors treated the false prophets in this way."
"Blessed for you who are poor, for the kingdom of God is yours." -Luke 6:20
"Faith without works is dead." - James 2:19
Who do you work for?
Luke 16:13
"No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

Suppose you find a watch in the middle of a desert. What would you conclude? Would you think that someone dropped the watch? Or would you suppose that the watch came by itself?

Please don't judge me for being honest, just trying to understand. What is my reason for being on earth if my life is filled with weakness and sorrow? Up and down, up and down day after day. I see other children of God blessed who He has helped and they are spoiled rotten because He has helped them! Don't say God loves me because I don't want to hear it anymore. It was a joke when He created me. I reach out to Him for help, talk to Him daily but He never talks back but gives me nothing but silence. What kind of relationship is this between a Father and a son who is in need? Is His glory and honor more important then His very own children reaching out to Him (speaking humble)? Is it our fault we were put here on earth born in sin? All I ever wanted was a Father who cares for me and to help me get through this life. I know I have a bad image of God but what can one do if he feels God has left him on his own in this world of darkness? My wife wants to divorce me, THANK YOU GOD!!!

genesis 1: And God said, "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky." 21 So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. 22 God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth." 23 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fifth day.

24 And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so. 25 God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.

In response to a question which said, 'God sent himself to earth to be nailed to a pole...' Two people responded thus:

"Of course not! He sent his Son instead."

"No, God didnt send himself, he sent his son, to give his perfect life in exchange for the perfect life adam lost and did not pass down to us."

That thread is here:

But on christiananswers.net it says this:

"Jesus is more than a man. Although he is 100-percent human, he is also 100% God, the Creator of the universe. He is all-powerful. Although evil men killed his physical body, he easily had the power to restore life to his body again."

I am just getting into Christianity and starting to read the Bible. One of the first things I have noticed is that some passages seem to contradict others. In Leviticus, one of the passages says, 'A man or woman who is a medium or spiritist among you must be put to death. You are to stone them; their blood will be on their own heads.' But one of the ten commandments says 'Thou shalt not kill'. How do Christians come to understand the seeming contradictions?

Why do people think God's Kingdom is in your heart when the bible clearly states that it is a government that will put an end to all other governments, and will never be brought to ruin at daniel 2:44?
