At least, we know the Muslims want us dead and are actively trying to destroy the American government. Christians actively undermine American freedoms by outlawing one at a time. All while they sit by silently as un-named 'enemies' are rendition away to secret prisons, Christians may want to get involved with government more often than just when they are trying to ban abortion, gay marriage or take away some other freedoms. They would do well to stop actively trying to limit other people’s freedoms.

What goes around has a habit of coming back around to you.

don't lie people, if you thought you were about to swept up in a tornado would you pray to God, who by the way can make the tornado go the opposite direction, or would you be void of thought that any Higher Being controls it?

there were bad storms here last night and i was driving through something, kinda like that, and so i always pray for safety cuz i'm so terrified of tornados. and guess what happened? the radio played an old santana song 'why don't you and i' something like that? Anyways, this is a very calming song to me whenever i here it, idk y. so the radio played my calming music and i got to my destination and i'm alive today. THE END! :o}

Does meditation really lead to liberation from suffering? I meditate and slowly let go of desire and I actually feel happier. I get the feeling that Buddhism does not look at the world as good vs. evil but rather they see it as non-suffering vs. suffering. I am getting the feeling that this philosophy and / or religion is way to advanced for most people to understand.

To help me get a nice house i could afford to raise my family-He did. I asked God to help me find a Good job so that i could support my family-He did. When my wife was pregnant i asked God to give me a healthy and good hearted child-He did. I asked God to keep us all healthy and free from physical injury-So far so good. I asked God to help me win the Lotto so that i could give my family a better life style- so far no dice. I know that i am blessed, i can see that. My question is am i asking too much with the lotto? After everything he has given me am i stepping over the line? Should i just be happy with what i have? It does say ask and you shall recieve. Believers please answer as i already know the athiest view.

LEts just say you are in heavan playing around with the tigers and animals and all of the sudden you got a craving to smoke herb. Where would you get it from in heavan? Will there be angels that sell it on the black market? Will god burn all pot plants in heavan?
Does the DEA have any jurisdiction in Heavan/Paradise?

Does the Koran tell you to Kill non-Muslims if they refuse to convert to Islam.

If this is the case (and I'm not sure - I have not read the Koran) then do you think Killing anyone for any reason is wrong?
